Cancellation Policy
At Senvi Boutique, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number via email or phone.
3. Cancellation Timeline
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Sale or discounted items
6. Delays & Exceptions
Senvi Boutique reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in case of repeated cancellations or misuse of the policy.
